​Thanks for stopping in! I am first a wife and then a mother of four. I have three very rambunctious boys and one tiny wild woman. Our house is loud and we like it that way.  I love people and coffee and drinking coffee with people. I love to dance in the kitchen and to feel the sun on my skin. 

Photography is personal to me. It started within my own home, with my own children. I desperately wanted to capture just the way he looked at me with rosy cheeks after a long nap. The way the blanket was always tucked under his chin. His little hands pushing trucks through the dirt. The way his eyes wandered out the window searching for a new adventure. Her hands reaching for us and climbing into our lap, finding that safe place. Feet dangling from chairs, strawberry stained chins, bed head with the morning light just so. All of it. I wanted to frame it up and keep it for the days that his feet touch the floor when he sits at the table. When she is safe in someone else's arms. When there are no more nap cheeks or blankets to cuddle. When his hands are driving trucks instead. When he would open that door and walk right out into his own wild adventure. That's why I take pictures. To tell all these little pieces of a big beautiful story.
